SUPPLIES NEEDED

1. Mixing bucket (already supplied)
2. ½ gallon margarita mix (already supplied)
3. 4 liters of liquor – refrigerated if possible
4. 3 ½ gallons of bottled water – refrigerated if possible

 

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: This machine holds one full batch. You will be mixing the batch in two halves. This will make one full batch; approximately 5 ½ gallons when all ingredients are mixed together which will supply you with approximately 80-100 eight ounce drinks.

1. Fill mixing bucket (which we have supplied) with 2 gallons of bottled water (refrigerated if possible) to mark on the side of bucket
2. Add in one half of the supplied margarita mix and 2 liters of liquor – stir mix.
3. Remove the lid from top of machine and carefully pour this mix into the top of the machine
4. To mix second half of batch add in the remaining 1 ½ gallons of water, the remaining half of margarita mix, and the remaining 2 liters of liquor, and stir.
5. Pour the second half of the batch in the machine and replace the lid.

 

MACHINE OPERATING INSTUCTIONS

1. Connect the power cord that we have supplied to a properly grounded DEDICATED 20 Amp circuit.
